  • Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Incorrect Orders: If the wrong product was sent to you, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

2. Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  3. We will provide you with a return shipping label (if necessary) and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after the return is processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items that are custom or personalized

5. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by us. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost will be covered by us.
